AID Atlanta currently offers HIV/AIDS prevention and care services, including (but not limited to) Primary Care, HIV/STD Screening, PrEP, Community HIV Prevention Programs, Linkage Services, Case Management, and a state-wide Information Hotline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



+ Perform quality assurance to ensure integrity of the data


+ Develop spreadsheets to manage data


+ Work to resolve issues with inconsistencies or missing data


+ Data entry of program data collected


+ Prepare program documents to check for accuracy


+ Organize data management for the department


+ Filing or route source documents after data entry


+ Collect departmental program data


+ Prepare monthly program reports


+ Complete regular reports of data collection and recruitment activities


+ Attend monthly department meetings


+ Attend all project meetings or workshops required by supervisor/department director


+ Attend Evaluation Task Force meetings


+ Produce reports and presentations of program data analyzed


+ Analyze data sets using statistical software


+ Complete reports of data collected and recruitment/retention activities


+ HIV testing and counseling



Education and/or Experience


Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university with a major in communications, hospitality, marketing, business, public relations or a related field.


Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
